I have a number of strands to my art practice. I paint usually in oil on canvas landscapes en plein air, mostly exploring the different sides of Hampstead heath. Recently I have also been painting still lifes. I also paint groups of figures, sometimes with a musical theme, and also I have been making paintings with a surrealist influence.
I also sculpt from the life model in clay and have been stone carving for several years, human and animal subjects. I have been involved in exhibitions in Morley College Gallery, St Johns Wood Library, International Surrealist Exhibition at Hoxton Arches gallery and Strands Exhibition Coningsby Gallery and the Ben Uri Gallery. My work is in private and public collections in the U.K., Europe and the USA .
