Shooting The City
This active day will include a professional photographer led exploration of the rich architectural heritage surrounding the studios, a lecture on urban and cityscape photography and demonstrations of photographic techniques.
These activities will leave you more aware of your urban surroundings and better capable of creatively documenting the way you see the city.
Felicity Hammond is a London based photographer, teacher, and arts educator. She has recently exhibited in New York, winning awards for her composited, digitally manipulated photographs. She also teaches at Westminster Kingsway College, and has worked on numerous education projects, including workshops at the Whitechapel Gallery.
Equipment Needed
You will need a digital camera, a notebook and something to write with.
