My subject matter is a sculptural process centred on the theme of experiencing (change of) dimension which is established through a paradoxical phenomenon: the more focus the greater the expansion.
Concepts of singing techniques underpin this approach and so the experience of singing and listening to vocal music are playing a key role in my art. My artworks are ideally rather sculptural models of an amplified moment of self-awareness visualised as a detail extracted from its wider context than installations or objects. Therefore they can be read and realised in any scale or size and can be articulated in a variety of processes and materials including elements of performing arts.
